Mr. Singh is Science and Law Graduate. After practicing for a year in New Delhi with a large firm, he secured the Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Doctorate in Law (LL.D) with distinction. He is Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) with extensive experience in corporate laws, litigation and consultancy.
Mr. Singh has extensive experience in handling cases before a wide variety of courts and tribunals. He is having more than 18 years of experience and expert in dealing with real estate matters. He appeared in several matters of reputed real estate clients and several landmark and reportable judgements in his name. He is having vast experience in dealing with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters and most reputed brands are registered by him. He is a regular counsel before various Courts including High Courts around India and Supreme Court of India.
Mr. Singh is actively involved in Social activities and serve to the public at Large. Mr. Singh has contested the Member of legislative Assembly election from Tri Nagar constituency in the year 2015 and Moti Nagar Assembly Constituency in the year 2020. Mr. Singh is running an NGO with name and style "Vidya Vijay Foundation" and uplifting the life of several downtrodden and underprivileged bright student by donating books, dress and bearing the entire expenses of studies.
Mr. Singh is a panel advocate of various reputed Real Estate, pharmaceuticals, apparels, Tour and Travel, cosmetics manufacturing and health products companies in India & Abroad. He has extensive experience of property matters including RERA, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Merger, Amalgamation, Takeover, Acquisition, listing and delisting of companies.
Mr. Singh's is regularly appearing before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and dealing with various complicated issues arises before Hon'ble NCLT & NCLAT. He is extensive experience on statutory arbitration, mediation and conciliation proceedings is broad based and he has played a pivotal role in dispute resolution services.
Mr. Singh is an active member of the Bar Council of Delhi. He is also an active member of the Indian Council of Arbitration in New Delhi. Mr. Singh is visiting faculty of IIM, ICSI and different reputed Law Colleges in India and always an inspiration for the young and dynamic members of profession. Mr. Singh always guide and show a path to young generation to achieve the goal in life. Mr. Singh used to be invited from different law colleges and other various institution as Chief Guest to guide and share his vast experience with young professionals.

Ms. Rinki Singh had obtained the Bachelor of Art and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degrees. She is social worker and working for the poor and unprivileged women and educating them to cope up the modern world. She used to visit the colonies where the poor and unprivileged people lived and educate them for upliftment of their life. She also educates them for educating their child and for a small family and happy family. She has also contested the election of Municipal Corporation of Delhi with a motive to serve the society as a whole.

Ms. Joohi is a Commerce and Law graduate. She has also secured the Master in Law and has excellent academic record. She is a lawyer by profession. She has vast experience of more than 10 years in Crime against women and children, Public Interest Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Civil Litigation, Contract Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate Governance, Restructuring, Compliance, Finance, marketing & branding. She is trustee of the foundation, leading the project, she has delved deeper into creating awareness and educating people about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace as well as empowering women & Men with regard to their workplace rights & responsibilities towards opposite Gender. She has taken more than 100 Training Sessions across all sectors of society and she has trained more than 5000 People, building their capacity in educating others about POSH and empowering them toward the betterment of society. She is accredited for her excellent communication skills which encompass Public Speaking and liaisoning with top management of big corporate houses, and government and semi-government authorities. She is a regular speaker on various capacity building, self-awareness, and Legal topics at various Multi-National Companies, Professional Institutes, Law Colleges and other Institutions. She is a member of various committees across big corporate houses including an internal complaint committee formed under Prevention of Sexual Harassment laws for women.

Ms. Yashika is a dedicated and enthusiastic law graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for justice. Having completed her BBA.LLB (Hons.) degree from Chandigarh University with a CGPA of 8.84 and has achieved academic excellence award. She has developed a solid foundation in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Women & Child related Laws and Legal Research and Writing. She  has demonstrated exceptional research skills and a commitment to legal excellence through various internships and practical experiences.

She is Compliance Manager of foundation, leading the project, she has delved deeper into creating awareness and educating people about Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace as well as empowering women & Men with regard to their workplace rights & responsibilities towards opposite Gender. Recognizing the Professional achievements in her legal career and her efforts & contribution towards the capacity building of various sections of society, she has published various articles on Women Empowerment.

Ms. Sah, an alumna of Alliance University’s School of Law in Bengaluru, holds a Law degree and pursued her Master’s in Criminal Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. She distinguishes herself as a recipient of the Gold Medal in LL.B. She educate the womens and participate in developing “IEC” (Information, Education and Communication) package of spreading knowledge about sexual harassment, at work place, HIV/AIDS, health promotion, environmental risks, etc.
